shared when you visit or make a purchase on the DXtreme Software website.
The DXtreme Software web site includes call signs, addresses, and QSL images of
ham radio operators throughout this site as examples of typical radio operating.
This information is public knowledge and falls under the category of fair use.
Endorsement of our products by these individuals is not implied, except where
endorsements have been granted by individuals named within our "Read what
people are saying..." sections. Should anyone prefer we not publicize or use their information, DXtreme Software will
gladly remove such information as quickly as possible, certainly within 30 days
of receiving the request.
DXtreme Software is firmly committed to preserving your
privacy when you visit the DXtreme Software web site. If desired,
you can visit our Web site without revealing any information
about yourself. When you use a credit card to purchase DXtreme Software products,
we and PayPal® — our
credit card vendor — require that you submit your name
and addresses for billing and shipping purposes. PayPal
requires you give them your credit card information and telephone
number, and PayPal uses this information for
billing purposes only. PayPal does not forward your credit
card number or telephone number to DXtreme Software. (Refer
to the PayPal web site to read their privacy policy.) When you give us personal information via the Web, e-mail, or post mail, we
do our best to keep it private. We only use this information to ship
products to you, determine whether as a registered user you qualify for
reduced upgrade pricing, and to contact you in the future when we
offer new products or product upgrades you may be interested in. We
do not employ targeted advertising. If you don't want DXtreme Software to retain or use this information
to contact you, please let us know. We will make every effort to honor your
request and delete your information from our records. We do not sell, trade, share, or otherwise provide your information
to others. To the best of our knowledge, our web host
(QTH.com) collects
aggregate statistics regarding the number of hits our
web site experiences, the average duration of visits, the number of pages visited,
and the browsers and operating systems used, etc. DXtreme Software does not record your IP address, e-mail address, or
any other information when you visit our Web site, nor do we write cookies on
your system (with the exception of the DXtreme Station Log Active Report
Viewer demonstrations, which use cookies only to store Preference
information you set for the viewer, such as the number of records to display and
whether to display the Column IDer). While we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose
personal information to authorities only to comply with applicable laws
and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, a search warrant, or other lawful
request, or to protect our rights.
The DXtreme Software web site contains links to other Web sites.
DXtreme Software is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of
those Web sites. Furthermore, DXtreme Software does not endorse or warrant the
products of third-party entities whose links appear on the DXtreme
Software web site. Except that we do endorse, but do not warrant, optional
products that integrate with our software products.

We do not intentionally conduct business with minors. Parents and legal
guardians are invited to request deletion of personal data if they determine
